Using the service
You must provide accurate contact and travel information and use the service only for lawful personal travel or an authorized property inquiry.
Live and preview properties
Properties marked live accept stay requests. A request is not a reservation or guarantee of inventory. Preview descriptions, images, locations and rates remain illustrative until approved by the property operator.
Requests and confirmation
Caribbean Eco Booking contacts the property to confirm dates, accommodation, final price and applicable conditions. A stay is secured with a deposit and confirmed only after availability is verified and the balance is arranged with the team.
Prices and currencies
Indicative prices may change before confirmation. Confirmed stays are quoted and recorded in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD). Any USD amount is an estimated display conversion and may differ from a bank or payment-provider rate.
Deposits, cancellation and refunds
A 20% deposit is taken at checkout to secure your dates, processed by WiPay. The remaining balance is settled with the team once the final price is confirmed. Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the property-specific conditions supplied before the deposit.
Third-party services
Flight data, car rentals, private charter, accommodation and package elements may be supplied by independent providers whose availability and final terms must be confirmed directly. Card payments are processed by WiPay on their secure hosted page.
Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or provider failure. Urgent flight or travel changes should always be confirmed directly with the airline or supplier.
Governing framework and contact
The intended governing jurisdiction is Trinidad and Tobago. Questions or disputes should first be sent to caribbeanecobooking@gmail.com so the team can investigate and respond in writing. English is authoritative; translations are provided for convenience.
