Stay requests
Properties accept stay requests through Caribbean Eco Booking. A request is not a reservation or guarantee of inventory until the team confirms availability, price and applicable conditions by email.
Requests and confirmation
Caribbean Eco Booking contacts the property to confirm dates, accommodation, final price and applicable conditions. The team will explain the next steps required to secure the stay in its confirmation email.
Prices and currencies
Indicative prices may change before confirmation. Confirmed stays are quoted and recorded in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD). Any USD amount is an estimated display conversion and may differ from a bank or payment-provider rate.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the property-specific conditions supplied before a stay is secured.
Third-party services
Flight data, car rentals, private charter, accommodation and package elements may be supplied by independent providers whose availability and final terms must be confirmed directly.
Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or provider failure. Urgent flight or travel changes should always be confirmed directly with the airline or supplier.
Governing framework and contact
