Before confirmation
A customer signed in with the request email may cancel an active stay request online before it is confirmed. The team can also close or decline a request from the administrator area.
After the deposit
Once your 20% deposit is paid your stay is confirmed and follows the property-specific cancellation and refund conditions supplied before checkout. Contact caribbeanecobooking@gmail.com promptly when plans change.
Deposits and refunds
Deposits are processed by WiPay. Refund eligibility follows the agreed property conditions; approved refund arrangements and the remaining balance are recorded by the administrator.
