Information we collect
We collect account identity when used, contact details, requested properties, dates and guests, service-inquiry details, support correspondence, administrator notes, and essential currency and language preferences. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and are never stored on this site.
How information is used
Information is used to review stay requests, contact properties, take deposits and arrange the balance, manage confirmed plans, respond to other travel-service and bundle inquiries, prevent misuse and maintain service security.
Service providers
Supabase stores application records and provides identity, WiPay processes card deposits, Resend delivers notification email, and approved infrastructure providers process limited information on our behalf. Flight searches are sent through protected server routes to SerpApi and are not stored as bookings.
Cookies and preferences
Essential preference cookies remember currency and language for one year. Authentication may use additional cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Retention
Stay requests, payments, inquiries, bundle opt-ins, audit and email-delivery records are retained only for operational, legal and security needs. Final retention periods must be approved before public launch.
Security and access
Private account and administrator data is protected through identity and role checks. A private request token is used only to open your checkout and confirmation. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw from follow-up, cancel an eligible request, and change device preferences. Contact caribbeanecobooking@gmail.com for privacy requests. The team will verify identity before disclosing or changing personal records.
Children and international processing
The service is intended for adults arranging travel. Information may be processed where approved providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
